Depending on the size of your business, you may not need to pay a yearly salary for an internal IT, thus we can save you money. There may even be times when you have an internal IT person, and if he/she can't handle the work (outside of skill-set or more work to do than time allows), we'll gladly step in and help. We'll even work with your IT people to help out in a tough situation (i.e. Need cables pulled? Server problems that no one can figure out? We can help!)

We offer services for both residential and commercial. Whether it's a single device in your house, or a huge networked infrastructure at the office, we can help.

Yes. We offer onsite service. Most upgrades, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting can be performed on-site.

In a lot of cases, yes we can. We do have remote monitoring and administration software that allows us to log in remotely and make changes, fix problems, and install updates. Not only does this make for a faster turn-around when there are problems (reducing your downtime), but it's also a more cost effective solution for our clients as well. There are occasions at times, when being on-site it necessary even with the remote software installed, however.

ACE Enterprise CAN and will be glad to fix your issue. There is always a resolution to technology issues, and we'll try to do it within your budget as well. So, for example, if a repair is not cost effective, we'll recommend replacement rather than wasting time and money. In a nutshell, there isn't an issue we can't handle.

It depends on what needs to be upgraded or repaired on your machine and also how old the computer is. Sometimes, it's cheaper to transfer the data off the old machine, and purchase a new one.

Your employees work time is very valuable and should never be spent worrying about downtime. By paying for a plan, you receive a faster turn-around time and also a discounted rate as well.

Yes and no. There's a $50 diagnostic fee if no other work is done, however, if you choose ACE Enterprise to perform the follow-up service, the diagnostic fee is waived.

Yes, we make arrangements with our clients all the time to try to impact their business as little as possible. If there are updates or maintenance that needs to be performed on-site, after-hours, we will try to accommodate the client's requests as often as possible.

In emergency situations, or if the client requests weekend hours to have less impact on their business, we will gladly try to accommodate weekend hours as well. Note, that there may be an additional fee associated with weekend hours, but we're always up-front about it prior to agreeing to the work (we don't have hidden charges, we'll let you know well in advance if we need to charge extra).

If it's an emergency situation, and we have the staff that can offer it, for an extra fee, we will try to accommodate this when possible. We will ALWAYS let you know in advance if we can, and if there's an additional charge as well. Some holidays are easier to accommodate than others, contact us as soon as possible to find out.

No matter the age or issue, our staff has the knowledge to get your system running in top-shape. From blown power supplies and motherboards to malware/spyware, we've seen it all, and have fixed it all.

We offer discounts all the time. For instance, if you purchase a maintenance plan and pay monthly, quarterly, or yearly, there is a discount.
